From tractors to harvesters, TYRI delivers OEM lighting solutions engineered to withstand the dust, vibration, and long hours of agricultural work — ensuring operators can work safely and efficiently, day or night.
Agricultural Lighting, Day and Night
DLM Driving Light Range
TYRI’s new DLM-09 and DLM-F1 LED driving lights bring powerful, energy-efficient illumination to agricultural machines. The recessed DLM-09 integrates seamlessly low or high-mounted into vehicle grilles or bodywork, while the freestanding DLM-F1 offers flexible positioning on high or exposed mounting points. Both models are available with or without the innovative Tri-LED lighting solution, and combine wide low-beam coverage with exceptional high-beam reach, maintaining clear visibility even when front equipment obstructs standard lighting.
Sprayer Lighting Solution
TYRI’s BlueBeam LED work lights deliver a wide, powerful beam for crop sprayers. The bright blue light is proven to improve visibility of the nozzle spray and ensure more precise, efficient spraying operations during early morning or night applications. Available in the 1010 and 0909 Compact+ models.
Solving Glare Issues
Horsch seeding machines benefit from TYRI 0606 Diffused LED work lights. Their ultra-wide light distribution prevents glare on metal, water, and snow, providing soft, uniform illumination ideal for short-distance tasks and space-confined areas on agricultural equipment.
BASEline Series
The TYRI BASEline range delivers reliable LED lighting performance for cost-conscious agricultural OEM applications. Designed with streamlined engineering for optimised manufacturing, BASEline provides exceptional value without compromising TYRI quality. The new BASEline S2, available in 2000 and 2500 lumen options, gives tractors, harvesters, and other farm machinery powerful, balanced illumination exactly where it’s needed in the field.
Snow Plough Lights
TYRI 0909 LED work lights provide wide, symmetric illumination for tractors during winter operations. Their homogeneous light pattern ensures safe and effective visibility while ploughing snow or performing other cold-weather field tasks.
INTELLilight® Lighting System
TYRI´s innovative lighting solution; INTELLilight®, offers adjustable colour temperature (2700K–6500K) and automatic dimming, making it ideal for agricultural machinery operating in challenging conditions like snow, dust, or fog. INTELLilight® ensures optimal visibility, reduces operator fatigue, and enhances productivity.
Special Design Solutions for Agricultural Lighting
Not every OEM requirement can be solved with standard lighting. That’s why TYRI partners with leading agricultural brands to develop customized lighting solutions, designed from the ground up to match each machine’s performance, styling, and operator needs.
By working directly with your design team, TYRI ensures complete synergy between your machinery and its lighting system, from aesthetics to functionality. This collaborative approach has already delivered unique results for global OEMs such as Valtra and Massey Ferguson.

Lighting Challenges in Agriculture
Modern agriculture runs around the clock. From early-morning field prep to long nights of harvesting, visibility is essential for safety, precision, and productivity. But agricultural machinery operates in some of the harshest environments, and agricultural work lighting must do far more than simply be “bright enough.”
- Dust, Mud & Debris: Constant exposure reduces light output and can damage components.
- Vibration & Shock: Tractors, sprayers, and harvesters endure continuous impact, which shortens the lifespan of inferior lighting.
- Long Operational Hours: Extended use causes heat build-up which can lead to early light failure.
- Variable Weather: Rain, fog, frost, humidity, and extreme temperatures all test durability.
- Operator Fatigue: Glare and poor colour temperature reduces comfort and efficiency.
As an OEM, you need work lights and driving lights that integrate seamlessly into your machinery, deliver consistent performance season after season, and enhance the operator’s experience while meeting global compliance standards.

TYRI Testing and Approvals for Agriculture
EMC EN55025 / CISPR 25
Agricultural machinery is now highly digital — GPS guidance, ISOBUS, sensors, cameras, and telematics are everywhere. TYRI work lights are tested to EMC standards to ensure zero interference, keeping precision farming systems running reliably and without disruption.
IP 69K
Agricultural machinery constantly works in dust, mud, and rain, and undergoes high-pressure wash-downs. TYRI IP69K-rated lights are rigorously tested against water, moisture, and dust ingress, ensuring reliability even after seasons of field use and repeated cleaning.
Salt spray testing
Fertiliser, slurry, and chemicals create highly corrosive environments, especially for lights mounted low on machines. TYRI work lights undergo ASTM B117 salt spray testing to ensure resistance against corrosion, guaranteeing long-term durability in harsh farm environments.
Vibration testing
From ploughing uneven fields to running heavy harvesters, Fieldwork causes steady, moderate vibration over long periods. TYRI work lights are tested for up to 8 hours on all axes at 10 Grms across a 5–2000 Hz frequency range, simulating the extreme conditions of agricultural work.
Environmental testing
Agriculture demands performance in every season. TYRI lights are tested from -40°C to +85°C with up to 90% humidity for a minimum of 50 days, proving reliable operation in frost, summer heat, and damp storage environments.
Shock testing
Bumps, jolts, and impacts are routine in agriculture. TYRI work lights are tested to withstand 50G shock forces, ensuring they continue to perform even under the toughest field conditions.
Polarity / Overheating / Overvoltage Protection
Farm machinery faces long workdays and occasional wiring errors during maintenance. TYRI lights feature built-in temperature sensors to regulate heat, protecting LEDs from failure. They are also reverse polarity protected, ensuring lights remain safe if wires are incorrectly connected — preventing downtime and costly replacements.
