Three TYRI product concepts for Sustainability; INTELLilight, ECO PWR and BASEline

Three Product Concepts for a Brighter Future

TYRI provides a wide range of work lighting solutions, including these three concepts. Together, ECO PWR, INTELLilight, and BASEline drive the development of energy-efficient lighting, future-proof technology, and reduced environmental impact. Each concept has its own unique features, contributing in different ways to a sustainable and efficient working environment with optimized lighting.

TYRI ECO PWR product serie marked with sustainability iconECO PWR – Maximizing Energy Efficiency

The ECO PWR concept sets a new standard for energy-efficient work lighting. By combining high-performance LEDs and advanced circuit boards, ECO PWR minimizes energy consumption without compromising brightness. The first lamp in the ECO PWR series delivers a powerful light output of 6,000 lumens with an energy consumption of only 52 watts. It is designed to reduce light spill and provide precise, efficient illumination with long-term reliability.

“The core theme of ECO PWR is extremely high energy efficiency. By optimizing every component, from the circuit board to the LED and optics, we ensure an efficient production chain. Additionally, we use as much recycled and sustainable material as possible, making ECO PWR one of our most powerful solutions for sustainable work lighting,” says Christian Wadell, Global Head of Research and Development at TYRI.

TYRI INTELLilight product serie marked with sustainability iconINTELLilight – Adapting Light to Needs

INTELLilight represents the future of energy-efficient work lighting. This innovative and patented system adjusts the lighting based on the operator’s needs and external conditions. The system can be controlled manually via an app or integrated with the machine’s control system. These features make INTELLilight a groundbreaking solution in work lighting technology while providing significant sustainability and energy efficiency benefits.

“When full brightness is not needed, INTELLilight reduces both the energy costs and environmental impact. By linking the lighting to the machine’s control system, brightness can also be automatically optimized. The ability to adapt lighting usage effectively improves the working environment, making INTELLilight a reliable solution for sustainable lighting,” says Christian Wadell.

TYRI BASEline product serie marked with sustainability iconBASEline – High Quality at an Affordable Price

TYRI developed BASEline to provide an affordable solution without compromising quality. This LED lamp is an optimal replacement for halogen lights, significantly improving energy efficiency. BASEline combines high brightness with low energy consumption, contributing to environmental and cost efficiency.

“Choosing a sustainable lamp shouldn’t be expensive. BASEline is designed as an energy-efficient replacement for halogen lamps and is produced with reduced use of aluminum and plastic. This is a win-win situation for both efficiency and sustainability,” says Christian Wadell.

A Unified Vision for Sustainable Lighting

TYRI offers three unique product concepts, each designed to meet specific needs: energy efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. These concepts have distinct strengths that contribute to sustainability and efficiency across various applications. At the same time, there is a vision to combine these concepts to create a fully comprehensive solution.

“Our long-term vision is to merge these concepts to create the ultimate solution that combines their best features and sets a new standard for sustainable work lighting. We have a strong foundation to build on, and we’re ready to tackle complex challenges and deliver solutions that not only meet today’s sustainability requirements but also help our customers stay ahead of future demands,” says PeO Axelsson, Marketing Manager at TYRI.

TYRI has the building blocks and expertise to drive development forward but needs challenging cases and projects to refine solutions further.

“We can’t do this alone. We need strong partnerships with companies and organizations that share our passion for sustainable development. We know that successful projects require engaged customers where sustainability is the focus, and innovation is encouraged,” concludes PeO Axelsson.
