A Record Number of New Products from TYRI Lights
– Why Now?

TYRI Lights New Products Driven by Innovation

TYRI Lights is launching a record number of new products — including the next generation of INTELLilight, a full line of road-approved driving lights, and fresh innovations in ECO PWR Technology and BASEline.

While other companies are cutting costs, TYRI is accelerating growth. The reason is simple: a deep culture of innovation, combined with smart production methods that turn ideas into reality faster than ever.

Modular Production Enables Rapid Development

Innovation is at the heart of TYRI’s operations. The company’s modular production system allows many lamp components to fit across different models. This flexibility cuts costs and shortens development time.

“Because we can reuse modules and adapt designs quickly, we deliver new products without large custom costs,” explains Christian Wadell, Global R&D Director at TYRI Lights.

This system empowers the R&D team to test, refine, and release designs quickly, creating a strong foundation for continuous improvement.

In-House Testing Accelerates Ideas

TYRI’s research and development department, located next to its Gothenburg headquarters, gives the company a unique advantage. Engineers have access to advanced measuring tools, simulators, and 3D design software — all under one roof.

“What takes many companies weeks or months to test externally, we can test the same day,” says Wadell. “That speed means we can explore every idea. Each test teaches us something, and one idea often sparks another.”

As a result, TYRI can move from concept to prototype almost instantly.Engineers testing LED work light performance using a goniophotometer in the TYRI light lab to measure illumination patterns and ensure optical quality and accuracy

Expanding Product Lines Through Experience

TYRI Driving Lights

The new series of road-approved driving lights demonstrates TYRI’s strength in combining modular design, technology, and expertise. This innovation led to a completely new, patented solution for high-mounted driving lights.

Drawing on experience from creating custom lights for major agricultural customers, TYRI expanded this concept to serve a wider market. It’s a clear example of how innovation fuels growth across product lines.

ECO PWR Technology: Smart and Sustainable

GREEN by TYRI

TYRI’s ECO PWR Technology reflects the company’s long-term commitment to sustainability. The goal is clear — deliver high light output while reducing energy consumption. Lower power use means saving fuel or electricity over the lifetime of each product.

“Sustainability works best through collaboration,” notes Wadell. “We must understand customer needs and create solutions that are practical and cost-efficient.”

As markets mature, customers increasingly demand eco-friendly products. TYRI proves that sustainability can also be profitable — and sometimes even more affordable than traditional solutions.

Continuous Innovation: Part of TYRI’s DNA

For TYRI Lights, innovation is not a one-time event; it’s an everyday practice. The combination of modular design, in-house testing, and sustainable thinking keeps the company ahead of the curve.

This wave of new products marks the start of a new chapter for TYRI — one driven by creativity, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology.
